Please review our exchange policy below:

We facilitate exchanges for our products within 3 working days from the date of receipt.

Eligibility Criteria for Exchange:

  • Exchanges are limited to cases where a product is defective or an incorrect item has been delivered.
  • Kindly note that items eligible for exchange must be unused and with the original invoice.
  • Please be aware that items purchased on sale are ineligible for exchange due to potential minor differences, variations in color due to monitor/screens, and variations in lighting during photo shoots. These factors can cause the actual color or texture of the product to slightly differ from what is seen on screen, which is why products cannot be exchanged solely for this reason.
  • Made to order or sale articles are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Important: Please ensure you have the digital purchase invoice as it's essential for the exchange process.

Regrettably, Ayesha Mubariz does not currently extend its Exchange/Return policy to international orders. However, should you come across an instance where you've received an item that is incorrect or damaged, we kindly request you to reach out to our customer care department for prompt assistance and further guidance.
